2012 Dodge Journey Key Fob Not Detected

Had existing problem with uconnect no display on screen and not able to use radio. Tried to start no joy. Pressed unlock and lock on fob.

Nothing that i do seems to stop this. Now car is making noise under hood as if trying to start. My 2012 dodge journey is not detecting the key fob.
